Princess Leonor & Infanta Sofia Next Public Appearance

It has been more than 3 months since the last appearance of Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia. Surely the fans of these two borbon sister are wondering when they will see the two sisters. Well good news! because there is a big chance we will see them at May. It has been confirmed that Infanta Sofia will have her confirmation at May 25, accompany by her family especially Princess Leonor who already finish her study in UWC UK wales and receiving her International Baccalaureate diploma at May 20.  Unlike Princess Leonor's confirmation, this time more relatives are expected to attend Infanta Sofia confirmation, since Covid-19 restrictions are no longer applied in Spain.

After this, Infanta Sofia will follow Princess Leonor step to study at UWC UK Wales for 2 years. Meanwhile Princess Leonor will stay in Spain for her Military training.

The Palace Reveals Princess Leonor’s Salary in Military

Another news came from Zarzuela Palace, this time the palace said that Princess Leonor will get the monthly salary that all students at the Armed Forces teaching center are entitled to.  Students of military academies are entitled to remuneration corresponding to 60 percent of the salary set for subgroup C2, without entitlement to extraordinary pay. This amount is deducted the discounts corresponding to ISFAS (Armed Social Institute) and the Social Security quote. This means Princess Leonor’s salary will be €417,67 per month. In addition, her salary will increase after she receives an honorary position at the end of her second year to €668 per month. The government said that although Princess Leonor has joined the military academy, she will still get the same treatment as other students.

Jadwal Latihan Militer Princess Leonor

2023 akan menjadi tahun yang sibuk bagi Putri Leonor sebagai pewaris tahta Spanyol. Berdasarkan informasi istana Zarzuela, Putri Leonor akan menjalani pelatihan militer pada bulan Agustus mendatang selama 3 tahun ke depan setelah lulus dari UWC UK Wales. Ia akan mempersiapkan diri untuk perannya di masa depan sebagai Panglima Tertinggi Angkatan Bersenjata, yang menurut konstitusi merupakan tugas Kepala Negara. Putri Leonor akan memulai masa pelatihannya di Akademi Umum Militer Zaragoza, di mana tahun akademik 2023-24 akan berjalan dengan mempekerjakan kadet wanita. Tahun 2024-25 ia akan melakukannya sebagai tentara penjaga di Sekolah Angkatan Laut (Pontevedra) dan pelayaran instruksional di sekolah kapal Juan Sebastian de Elcano. Terakhir, dia akan dimasukkan sebagai alumni siswa untuk kursus 2025-26 di Akademi Udara Umum San Javier (Murcia).
